Coaches Are Like Vampires!

Coaches Are Like Vampires! 🧛🏾‍♂️🧛🏾‍♂️🧛🏾‍♂️

I remember the first time I heard “connecting” or “slowing down” in The Prosperous Coach, I was like; “Thanks Rich, I GOT IT‼👈😉” I clicked my fingers and I went out to the world.
Reality… NOPE! I DIDN’T GET IT! (Sorry Rich😔)

When it comes to these ideas, there are nuances. It’s not enough to hear the words, click our fingers and throw our cowboy hats in the air. “Yeeha! I GOT IT!” NO! We have to go through the learning process.

First, any idea is exciting, Then it becomes a struggle, Then comes gaining competence, And finally, it becomes second nature.

This is THE EMOTIONAL CYCLE OF CHANGE

or the 4 STAGES OF COMPETENCE.

Look them up! ---

Being a newborn coach is like being a vampire. 🧛🏾‍♂️

I said to a new coach friend of mine. Being a newborn coach is like being a newborn vampire in the movie; TWILIGHT. The idea is that every newly created vampire although lacking in experience, they are the most powerful in their power.

Why? You see, a new vampire still has their human blood circulating in their veins. This saturation makes their vampire strength enormous. Obviously, an elder vampire is waaaay more powerful due to their mastery. But any vampire has to go through a period dip before they could master their existence. Probably this is how the vampire world weeds out the weak from the strong. What do you think? 🤔

Similarly, new coaches, who just got freshly bitten by another coach, still have their “human” blood circulating in their veins. They have uninformed confidence in their ability.

Often, it’s even easier to create clients from this place, not because they have the skill but because they don’t know how much they don’t know.

Then time passes and they start questioning. This can feel like losing your initial powers. You might get panicked and start to ask a lot of “How-s” and “Where-s”. BUT this is actually a very potent place to be! It just feels like 💩

Although our internal experience just switched from excitement to struggle, it’s important to be encouraged!

So, please, officially feel encouraged!

It’s important to know that you didn’t lose your powers! You’re just experiencing what it’s like to do the WORK. This is the natural part of building any skill. It’s a process that artists, athletes, and great coaches are very familiar with. If you built any skill before in your life. I GUARANTEE!!! You went through the exact same process. First, you’re excited, then you struggle, then you build competence, and finally, you’re ready to learn something new.

---

So, if you’re a newborn coach, enjoy your human blood. If you’re experiencing the struggle, see how potent a place it can be. And if you’re an elder, look out for newbies.

Also, I would truly encourage new coaches not to stop being bitten by other coaches. (Figurately!!! I don’t want any lawsuits!) Of course, there are Nosferatu-like creeps out there. They prey on the weak. Be careful! You don’t want to turn into one of those.

And Nosferatus. No Nosferatu shaming either! I used to be one of you. You can change and have your skin shine like a diamond too.

Welcomed in our vampire army. Thanks, and look out for the upcoming post.

From the bottom of my heart,

Viktor Sághy
